A Tally Form block with a live preview in the editor, and a shortcode for page builders. Show any form inline, as a popup or as a slide-in, without touching HTML.

Inline

In the page

The form sits in your content and grows to fit it. No scrollbars, no fixed height.

Popup and slide-in

From a button

Open the same form centred with a backdrop, or as a small card in the corner of the page.

  • Opens on click, or on its own after a few seconds
  • Optional emoji on the popup’s corner
  • Can close itself after the form is submitted

Why Embed for Tally

Everything the Custom HTML block can’t do

Tally suggests pasting its embed code into a Custom HTML block. That works, but you never see the form while you edit.

Live preview

See the real form in the editor while you write the page.

Options, not code

Hide the title, go transparent, fit the height or align left from the block sidebar.

Popup and slide-in

Open a form from a button, after a delay if you like, with an optional emoji.

Works with page builders

Use the [tally_form] shortcode in Elementor, Divi, Bricks, widgets or the classic editor.

Hidden fields

Pass values like source=website to hidden fields in your form.

Light on your site

Tally’s script loads only on pages that actually show a form.

How it works

Three steps

1

Copy the share link

In Tally, open your form, go to Share and copy its link.

2

Add the Tally Form block

Paste the link into the block. The live form appears right away.

3

Pick a display mode

Choose inline, popup or slide-in in the sidebar, and publish.
